Interview Details – Group interview, consisting of existing staff, and immediate two superiors. Started off with the normal, generic "behavioral" questions, but they seemed to have gotten bored with them quickly and veered off into more casual questions focusing on "does he/she fit with our cozy little group?".
Interview Question – "Do you have a sense of humor?" With all of the job-search consultants in the entire universe cautioning you to be careful with including humor in your interview, being presented with the implication that you are being a bit too serious is a sad irony on the so-called expertise of the consultants.
