Interviewed Oct 2010 in Los Angeles, CA (took a day)
Very quick and easy process. I applied for a job, got a call the next day to set up an interview, interviewed the following week, and was told via email the very next day that I was hired. The interview was 1:1 with the department manager. It lasted about 45 min. Then the manager brought me to the department where I met the chief MD, charge RN and other staff. I spoke with them for about an hour. Overall it was a very informative interview and I was pleased with the outcome.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Pasadena, CA (took 1+ week)
Traveled from Austin to CA and interview lasted about 30 minutes with panel. This panel knew nothing about lean six sigma and where most likely placed on the panel because of lack of skills in the normal jobs.
The worst thing about the process is they want 3 months to pay your travel expenses. They tell you this after the interview!!
Anyone who would work for this organization would be because they are desperate!

My recent interview was with a major competitor with KP in the Irvine area of OC. The interview was first set up by the recruiter, and then the hiring manager of the department. I have been called back for a 2nd interview, which will be taking place next week.

Interviewed May 2010 in Los Angeles, CA (took 6+ weeks)
They are very courteous and always made sure that the interview process and my needs were taken care of. They even made accomadations for my overnight stay prior to the interview and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions, state my concerns, and even made time for me to meet other staff members and see more than one facility. Lastly, I had the opportunity to have lunch with multiple staff getting a good vibe of their personal/professional interactions.

Interviewed May 2010 in Panorama City, CA (took 4 weeks)
I had applied a great deal online. While on vacation, just about to enter the Grand Canyon, the recruiter called. She interviewed me over the phone. I have not be called for a face to face interview yet, but I continue to apply and occasionally speak to the recruiter.

the interview wasn't as hard as i thought it would be. They didn't ask anything really technical. Mostly they asked about your experiences and if you understand particular topics in Java. The interviewers were friendly and the interview was more of a conversation.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Downey, CA (took a day)
Interview held with 3 managers from the department. Had to take different types of skill assessment tests. Along with presenting a case for persuasion. The people and the office are very welcoming and friendly. A good vibe was given, which lead to more interest in the position.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Mission Viejo, CA (took 3 weeks)
I submitted my application online using theirs career website, which was very user-friendly. About a week later, I received a phone call from a recruiter to set up an "interview" at the main recruitment office for my region. I waited about 45 minutes for my so-called interview which lasted less than five minutes. A recruiter asked me for the same information and resume I had submitted online previously (like my availability and what facilities I am willing to commute to) without even looking me in the. I felt like this company treated me like a number and had no interest in me.
After about one month I was asked to interview for an open job at a specific location. I was hesitant to meet with them again but agreed on an appointment after they offered to work around my schedule and assured me that managemnet was eager to meet with me. The MIssion Viejo administration team was amazing. They treated me with repect and made me feel comfortable during the interview (it consisted of a series of clinical skills assessment, questions about previous work experience, and a detailed explanation of the position. I was told I would hear from them by the end e of the week. Two days later, I was offered the position. The staff who assisted me with the hiring process beyond that point was friendly and helpful.
