Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 3 months)
Series of 5 rounds of interviews. Mostly behavioral questions. The bad part was that i had to come back again and again and again to meet with people, rather than organizing back to back meetings. People were smart, analytic. Some were personable, others were aloof. Atmosphere was casual, some folks in jeans, others in cackies. No one in a suit except me.

Salary not what exec recruiter led me to believe. It was lower than current comp level.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
