Interviewed Sep 2010 in Houston, TX (took 2 weeks)
I was promoted internally, but I had to apply for the position. I interviewed with a nationwide recruiter. I interviewed with a senior vice president. Then I was interviewed by the Director who is the supervisor for that position. The one-on-one interview was with someone I had worked with for two years already, so that went just fine. The second interview was with the senior VP and I was asked a lot of tough questions that I didn't really have the answer to because the job description was still in flux.

Negotiation Details
Because there was a huge nationwide corporate restructuring, I was not able to negotiate anything. I would advise getting everything in writing from the very beginning. At the time they were making up the bonus structure as they went along, so it was a drawnout process before bonus amounts were finalized.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
