Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
After online application, invited to a group interview with 7 others via Skype, asked to do a 5 minute lesson on one of 3 questions (math or English). Question was typical of SAT. Other panelists serve as audience. For math, prepare step by step directions; if any formulas/equations, type it out beforehand to copy to the blackboard during presentation; For English, prepare other examples of grammar/composition rule. Try teaching the lesson on Skype beforehand to observe yourself. Make sure the lighting is well. The interviewer was friendly. Don't try to just solve the problem, but try to help the students/audience solve it themselves.
Interview Questions

Interviewed May 2011 in Fort Lauderdale, FL (took 3 weeks)
After I applied online, I was contacted via e-mail to audition for an instructor position. The audition was a 5 minute presentation where I had to teach a non-academic subject. They mainly want to see that you are comfortable in a teaching situation, know how to prepare, and don't get flustered by questions. If you pass the audition, there is then a 1:1 phone interview. The interview is very short and to the point; there are no surprises. Afterwards you go into training, which is very intensive and is where most candidates get weeded out.
