Standard interview process. HR phone interview, 1:1 recruiting manager interview, 1:1 regional manager interview, "day on the job" interview and work through with GM. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to - and the interview itself was more like that, a chat rather than rattling off questions. I didn't feel like I had to answer the interview questions "right" or "wrong", more a casual conversation to get to know each other.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
