I interviewed with recruiters on campus and then with three additional Kearney employees at their Open House event for college hires. It was a fantastic experience that included dinner and a night's stay at the Westin in Old Town Alexandria! The staff was friendly and approachable and professional. I knew when I left that I wanted to start my career at Kearney.

First an oncampus interview. If you do well, they recommend you for an office visit. Office visit was awesome. For a small company, they offer their employees an awful lot and have great opportunity for growth. Only turned it down because I had a better offer (bigger firm).

I was interviewed by three people and everyone seemed fine except for the last interviewer. I thought the interviewing process went well, but still haven't received a call from them offering a position or not considering, which I think is bad for the company.
