Interview Details – Applied through campus career services and spoke with someone at the career fair. Received an on-campus interview. It was 2 to 1 for 45 minutes. Standard behavioral questions. Received a call 2 days later inviting me to final rounds in Battle Creek. In Battle Creek, the schedule (not necessarily in this order for every candidate) was as follows: lunch, sitdown with a current analyst, tour, and then 1 hour interview with 6 higher ups. Received a call 3 days later offering the position.
