Interviewed Feb 2009 in Battle Creek, MI (took 3 weeks)
The interview consisted of only behavioral questions only. Make sure you know about there history and brands. Kellogg is very competitive company so there is a lot of applicants that are going to be the same as you. You want to make sure your presentation stands out and you are making everyone laugh. It might seem very intimidating when your being interviewed but make sure your relaxed and making them feel you want the job. Be aggressive!

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 3 weeks)
Company was very open and honest about everything, started with a phone interview, got asked back to do an in person interview which was very hard lasted about 90 mins. The interviewer had a pre made packet with questions to ask and it was somewhat awkward once you finished answering you just had to wait for them to write a lot. Some questions were specific situation oriented that you could not prepare for.
