Interviewed Oct 2011 in San Jose, CA (took a day)
Phone interview consisted of Behavioral questions:
1. Give me an instance in which a deadline for a project had changed. What did you do and what was the outcome? Why did the deadline change?
2. Give me an example of a project you had to work on when in a team of individuals? Was the outcome rewarding? Why or why not?
3. Give me an example of a plan or idea you implemented for others to use today? How did you come up with this plan?
4. If I were to ask the group of individuals you worked with about your commitment to the team. What would they say?
5. What do you think your salary should be if hired?
Questions were extremely straightforward.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took 1 week)
After applying online via Kellogg's website, I got a call from an internal recruiter. That recruiter let me walk them through my resume, and they asked questions along the way about innovation that I had brought. The next step was for the Hiring Manager to contact me, within a week, for the next interview. I never heard back from anyone.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Manchester, NH (took 2+ weeks)
Had a phone interview. He asked me some behavioral based interview questions. Interviewer also asked me some questions related to my past work experience. He was noting down the info in computer as I was speaking on the phone. Told me that it will take around 2 weeks to notify about the interview outcome. Eventually, after 2 weeks, I got an email saying that I was not accepted.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Battle Creek, MI (took a day)
I applied on-line, and it took about a month for them to contact me. A phone interview was set for the following day. What I expected was the traditional reviewing of my resume and general questions. What actually occured were questions that are usually asked in the face-face interviews. This caught me off guard, and think was why I was not called back.

Interviewed May 2010 in Battle Creek, MI (took 2 weeks)
Very rapid response. Posted my resume online on a Wed...had a phone interview that next Monday and an in person interview onsite within a week.
had to do a presentation for a panel of 8 followed by 1:1 interviews with each of the panel
the offices were well appointed and there were definiite visible cues that the company cared for its people...that being said, the people that i encountered were slightly cold and stand offish
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
bait and switch - the job i applied for and the job that i interviwed for during the phone interview was not the job that interviewed for in person. i was told that i was mistaken about the job description.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 2 weeks)
The job was posted in St. Louis, MO. After two weeks of interviewing, found out they posted in the wrong city. They wanted Columbia, MO. Very unprofessional...a waste of my time.
