Skills and experiences that are applicable to this position.
2 hr interview - met with 4 different people for 30 minutes a piece.
Seemed like a good company and knew where they wanted to go in the future with the position, division and company itself.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interview was at a bank. Position was in data entry. It was a very nice building. Offices were full of cubicles. The interview was brief. The interviewer talked endlessly. I had a few comments about my previous skills in data entry (accuracy and speed). I couldn't think of anything else of value to add. Then the interviewer talked, and talked, and talked.....

Very brief description of job duties, the manager was not sure of the extent of the details, temp position addressing a two and a half year backlog on government reports. The work had been previously divvied up between four financial analysts, and all four had let things slide.
