Interviewed Apr 2011 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
Discussion with the interviewer about my skills, my competencies and how it applied to the current position. We also discussed the various forms that had to be filled. There were also some computer proficiency test to verify the knowledge I had. My results were good so I knew that I was hired immediately.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Murray, UT (took 2 months)
It was 15 minutes phone interview. It was not very serious to perofm such short interview wihtout any technical questions. Later it was determoned that Project Leader is not technical person at all. How he can manage more than 10 engineers without any technical exeprtise?

Interviewed Dec 2011 in South Milwaukee, WI (took a day)
I filled out an online application and was called a fee days later. I was given a brief description of the job and the details of the schedule and was asked if still interested. I then had set up an interview for the next day where they asked a few questions about tech support scenarios and how I would handle calls. Very non technical questions. I was then offered a position and was given more information on the job.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 2 days)
I posted my resume to their site, within the next week I got a call from the recruiting office informing me that the job I originally applied for had already been filled but that there was another job available and scheduled an interview with me. The recruiter was really helpful she sent me an email inorder to help me for my 2nd interview with the manager. I think I might have over prepared but hey I got the job:)

Interviewed Aug 2010 in North Charleston, SC (took 3 weeks)
With Kelly Services you will have a series of phone interviews. One with the Branch or District Manager and next you will interview with the Regional Manager. You will be invited into the office to interview with the Branch or District Manager and also with the other Staffing Supervisors. Decisions are made quickly and you must pass a background screen. No drug screen required. Typical questions will be about what type of ATS have you used, how computer savvy are you, what type of management style do you prefer, and you must discuss your customer service skills.

Negotiation Details
I did not negotiate, I was too young to have the confidence. However, I am certain you can negotiate and when you do I would remember that Kelly is known for having higher base salaries than other Staffing Services. Kelly does not have a great bonus plan so get what you can in your base. Bonuses are not promised and even if you do meet your goals they still have the ability to not give you the full percent.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 4 weeks)
This is a work-at-home position with KellyConnect, a division of Kelly Services. The position is somewhat like a sub-contract job with Apple, taking inbound technical calls for the iPhone and iPod touch (You are an employee of Kelly Services, not Apple).
I sent in my resume about a month ago and received a follow up pre-qualify survey 2 weeks later. After answering the survey, i received another email the next day to take a 90 minute online assessment (they wanted me to take it within 24 hours.). The assessment consisted of a personality test, skills test and a mock call center situation. I thought i did poorly on the call center task but a few days later i got a phone call asking if i'd like to continue with my application with a phone interview. The interview was scheduled for the next day with a recruiter.
The phone interview consisted of standard interview questions, straightforward technical questions as well as more details about the position. There was also a mock customer service situation regarding network troubleshooting.
After the interview, if they find you a fit for the position, they'll let you know right then and will send you an email with steps to fill out an official online application, which takes about 30 minutes. After that, the next day someone from a local Kelly Services branch contacted me to come fill out paperwork authorizing a background check and some tax forms.
2 weeks later after the background check cleared, i got offered the position.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Greensboro, NC (took a day)
I was referred / requested by an employee (manager) at the company into which I was contracted. I had worked for this company previously, first as a temp and later as a direct employee, and had been laid off but on good terms so that they were interested in hiring me back when the economy started to recover.

Negotiation Details
I negotiated with the manager at the company where I was placed, not with Kelly Services. Since I had worked for this company previously, I was familiar with the job expectations and the salary range for the position, which made negotiations fairly easy and straight forward and amiable .
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
