Was very simple since I was recommended by another Kelly Services branch. I simply called and told who I was referred by and was offered a temporary position which ended up lasting longer than expected.

Didn't have much experience negotiating. I was just happy to get an offer so soon.

My previous company PTC Inc wanted a contractor to do some work for them. Since I already have the experience , they offered me to work for them on contracting basis. Through Kelly Services which is the agency, I work for PTC as my client.

Very easy interview. Came into the interview overqualified for the job. Once on the job, used my skills in MS Office in order to receive a second and third contract with the company.

This was a long process initially that consisted of applying online, getting an in person interview at a Kelly Services branch, lots of testing, a background check, and calling every week several times and several locations. I finally called into the Santa Fe Springs office and was offered an interview with Kaiser. I interviewed the next week and started the next day. I then submitted to a drug test and have been here for almost a year and a half. I love my job!

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Skillman, NJ (took 3 weeks)
Did a phone interview with the temp agency. A week or so later I was called to an in person interview on the Skillman campus. Arrived at Skillman, interviewed with my direct report 1:1 for about an hour which was a pretty positive experience, discussed my background and skills and how well I'd fit the position.
After that I interviewed with the manager at the time for about 30mins 1:1 which was pretty similar. Not a very tense or tough interview, pretty relaxed. I don't think they were expecting much since I am only a temp. About 2weeks after I interviewed I got a call back extending an offer to me which I accepted. Note that I only got the offer because their lead candidate failed a background check.

Interview was at a bank. Position was in data entry. It was a very nice building. Offices were full of cubicles. The interview was brief. The interviewer talked endlessly. I had a few comments about my previous skills in data entry (accuracy and speed). I couldn't think of anything else of value to add. Then the interviewer talked, and talked, and talked.....
