The process took 3 days - interviewed at Kelly Services in May 2012.
Interview Details – There are a couple of ways to contact Kelly Services for a position they are offering. The first way is through their website. You find a job title you are interested in and apply online. If they like you, they will call you for an interview. This interview starts out as a phone interview and may progress to an office visit for the remainder of the interview. From here they will send you away for a couple of days while they run background checks, drug screens, and contact the potential employer with your information. If you pass this interview, you will get scheduled for an interview at the company they are placing you at for work. The interview may take just a few minutes to a couple of hours. You part ways and are asked to call the Kelly Services personnel and tell them how you felt and how you think you did. From this point, Kelly services will call the potential employer and inquire about you and the interview. Following this, they return a call to you and inform you of your job status.
Interview Question – Name or recall a situation where you were required to to solve a dispute between co-workers. Please use Situation Task Action Result (STAR) as a means to answer the question. (this was the type of questions used during an interview.) Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There are no negotiation phases for the pay scale. You either take the job at the rate they are offering or you find another job. Most of the jobs that Kelly Services offers in the light manufacturing field will pay minimum wage, but some go much higher. It all depends on what you are applying to do.
Pros: Kelly cares about finding you the right job and fit to your skills. – Full Review
