Had interview with HR, followed a week later by a conference call interview with the Project Manager and the 2 Lead/Sr. CRAs on the study I was being interviewed for. I received an offer 2-3 days later. I accepted.

I negotiated salary. Always ask for a little more than the offer.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

I was interviewed by 3 different members of the department, each lasted a half hour. One interviewer was the lead of a project that the I would be assigned to, and the other two were managers in the department.

Negotiation Details
There wasn't a lot of wiggle room on salary negotiation, but they did come back with a slightly better offer than was initially given. From my own research I believe the offer was slightly below industry standard, but not substantially lower.

I talked to a series of 3 people via telephone. I first spoke with a human resources person. Then, I spoke to the project manager and the lead CRA on the study. I had interviewed with Kendle previously in a face to face interview and scored well so they did not need to speak with me in person. The interview consisted mainly of standard behavioral questions you can find on google.
