Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 3 months)
Initial contact and telephone interview with 1st line recruiter in London--positive perception of their competency
Second telephone interview with Director of Internal Recruitment in London--excellent interview & feedback with their endorsement to move forward
Third telephone interview with Hiring Manager located in London & moving to US HQ--felt positive about the interaction and feedback with this individual. Had a good understanding of the position, challenges, and where I could make a positive contribution. Forwarded information to Hiring Manger (Newly promoted to CMO) regarding areas of challenge in the business and opportunities for improvement and achieving operational excellence
Very positive feedback from Hiring Manager & Director of IR... and moved to the next step in the evaluation process--The Insight Profile Engagement.
IPE consisted of a 90 minute in-depth telephone interview with a Human Resources psychologist.
One week later, met with Hiring Manager in US HQ for face to face interview. We met for approximately 45 minutes during which time I outlined my first 100 days plan at a macro-level. I was also scheduled to meet with the CTO who indicated that they where busy with an "emergency" and I did not speak with him.
Closing the interview, the Hiring Manager indicated that they would personally contact me within one week to advise of the next steps (if any). He did not call me as discussed, and I placed several calls & and email to him as a follow-up for closure nine days later. I was contacted by the Dir of IR in London the next day to advise me that I would not be considered for this position.

Manager round was irritating.. all useless questions..
First round and Lead rounds were very gud.. Manager arrived 1hr late to the scheduled time (can think of his managerial skills)
CTO round was again good.. and he was decent and polite...

Interviewed Oct 2007 in Waltham, MA (took 1 week)
Orderly process. Initial contact was with a skilled recruiter who knew what the position entailed. I was requested to fill in an online application inlcuding desired salary range. A phone interview was arranged iwth the hiring manager and then in person interviews were scheduled. Following the in person interviews, there were a number of calls back and forth regarding new or unanswered questions. A second in person interview was held with the hiring manager and his director.
