Very poor interview process. The interviewers were totally unprepared. Just fired out questions. The initial 2 interviewer were totally indecisive and one of them was downright condescending. I could see she had emotional problems by just taking a look at her. She never made eye contact nor did she know what questions she would be asking. Had to contantly look at her ipod. Very unprofessional, probably a blessing that I did not get the job.

Manager round was irritating.. all useless questions..
First round and Lead rounds were very gud.. Manager arrived 1hr late to the scheduled time (can think of his managerial skills)
CTO round was again good.. and he was decent and polite...
