There were several rounds of 15minute interviews. Candidates had a schedule to meet with different departments. Sometimes there were 2 people interviewing and sometimes it was just 1 on 1. All asked basic questions like why you're interested.

I was recruited by the District Manager. After a preliminary interview (just getting coffee to know each other), we sat down the next day for a formal 1:1 in-person interview. I then did phone interviews with another District Manager, the Director of Stores, and the VP of Human Resources. Noone during the process seemed to be quite sure why the last 2 were even done - including those who did them (the VP-HR was very curt, then frank in admitting he wasn't needed in the process).

They came to me with a very generous offer for paid time-off, and I dropped my salary slightly from where I had been.

Because there is no money for advertising, I found out about the job on Craigs list. I contacted the employer and gained an interview. I was individually interviewed by two separate individuals. Nothing terrible exciting or fancy.

casual iterview w/basic questions. really sold the company. employees were knowledgeable if not educated in fashion and or design. appreciated a well-designed resume and well-dressed professional applicant. seems like a good company to work for and a possibility to move up in the company.
