I did student internship with the company, so it was much easier to clear the interviews. I had 2 rounds of interviews. one with section manager and the other with the general manager of the department accompanied by HR personnel. The questions tested my basic technical knowledge and personality.

Consisted of two 2:1 interviews first with line manager plus a member of HR then with general manager and HR manager. Ask behavioural based questions but grill on what can you bring to the organisation, offer no feedback.

There are three interviewors, who from different departments. (HR, Production........)
Before the actual interview, I was asked to complete one set of character/personality test.
One of the interviewers marked the paper and came out with a result in front of me.
However, the result of the test was not shown to me.
