Interviewed Jul 2008 in Manteca, CA (took 2 days)
Applied online, received a phone call the following morning and scheleded an 1:1 interview for the same day. Interview consisted of a couple of questions about yourself, questions on how would you handle this situation, and what do you think (excellent customer service) is questions.
Will offer the job on the stop if you did good in the interview, if not, they do call back for a 2nd interview where if you pass will be offered the job.

The manager was late, and I had to stand around for 20 minutes while staff tried to track down the hiring manager. It was apparent she had not even looked through my application. The questions were pretty basic and it took about 20 minutes. After the first interview was done, I had to come in a second day for another interview.
