Interviewed Oct 2011 in Beloit, WI (took 3 months)
Process was very slow. I met with ten different people on three trips. The interview travel was arranged well. I was provided a schedule before listing the people I would meet with. Receptionist was friendly as was the recruiter. Office was nicer than expected. Beloit is in the middle of nowhere though.
Two of the people I was scheduled to meet with did not show. I was not provided a reason. I waited about 40 minutes between interviewers.

Interviewed Jun 2011 (took 4 weeks)
Answer all competency based questions without any silly spelling errors and make sure the answers are strategically constructed so as to follow the scenario, context, action and results format. The SCAR format will go along way in helping you to set up your answers in a way that they would flow out without any mix ups and most importantly you will have to remember the answers you have give as you may be required to give those answers again in during the face to face interview. Also, stay positive as being positive will radiate through your voice, believe it or not.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Seattle, WA (took 3 days)
In order to get the job, it took 1 phone interview and 3 face-to-face interviews. The 1st and 3rd face to face interviews were with the plant manager and the 2nd interview was with the regional manager. The regional manager was more intense. He tried to quiz me to see how well I could quickly think on my feet. He tried to poke and prod me with a variety of questions in an attempt to throw me off my game.
