The interview process began on campus, with a 2:1 interview. Mixture of behavioral/fit questions and technical questions. It tested more accounting knowledge than traditional technical Finance questions.
Was called back half a week later and was invited to Super-day at their HQ in Cleveland. The Super-day consisted of 6 interviews; 5 behavioral and 1 technical. Many of the interviewers were very casual and easy to talk to, and the technical was not as difficult as many other tech interviews for other banks.
Overall, it was a great experience and the people were nice. But unless you are from Cleveland-area or have a desire to be in Cleveland, it is a tough choice.

2) Disagreed with group members and how you dealt with it
3) dealt with a team member who was doing their job
4) Worked under a time constraint
5) Solved a problem with limited resources
6) etc. each of the 5 bahavorial interviews asked on avg. about 3 questions.
1) What are the 3 financial statements/how are the connected?
2) Is Net Income a good item to evaluate a company
3) How would you evaluate a stock and/or company
and a few more that I cannot remember...
Reason for Declining
Location was a major factor for me

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

Was referred to the position by a staffing agency. Had an interview with two of the position's supervisors at the Brooklyn location. An average interview, a few "star format" questions, certainly not the hardest interview I've ever had. The whole interview took about 20 minutes. Was given an offer one week later.

My first interview took place at my university, it was mainly a behavioral based interview asking questions like "Tell me about a time when you took initiative...ect.." After that interview I was invited for a super day of interviews at their headquarters in Cleveland. It was 7 different interviews with each one asking a series of behavioral and technical questions on valuation, M&A, and DCFs as well as logic quesitons.

Since I had worked at Key Bank before I had a stream lined interview. I was basically interviewing for the same position I got downsized from the year before, but in a different LOB. I interviewed directly with the hiring manager. I got an overview of the position, and what they were looking for. I only had to explain my past work for Key and fortunately was not asked those inane 'behavioral' questions. Unfortunately I was the second choice for only one opening.

Phone interview for screening. Then a superday with several 1:1 interviews. Questions consisted of both technical and behavioral based, with the majority of them being behavior. Technical questions were not entirely difficult; have a general knowledge of accounting and financial statements and also some current events in business. Behavior questions were sometimes repeated but standard questions.
