Interviewed Oct 2010 in Cleveland, OH (took a day)
Sat down with one recruiter after applying online through my school's campus recruiting system. Pretty basic in terms of behavioral questions, with a few technical questions thrown in. This was the first round of interviews, and I haven't yet heard back regarding a second interview.
Some of the questions asked:
What are three qualities that are most important to you as a leader, and why?
What are you most proud of on your resume?
Tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult management/leadership decision.
Tell mea about a recent finance-related news article you read and why was it interesting to you.
Technical questions:
How does the income statement affect the balance sheet?
What is working capital?

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Cleveland, OH (took a day)
I gave my resume to a recruiter at an information session and was asked to interview the next week. I had a one on one interview with the program manager that consisted of several behavioral questions and a few technical questions. Most of the behavioral questions were standard questions that you would expect. The technical questions were pretty basic as well.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Buffalo, NY (took 3 weeks)
I first applied on my School's website for the position. Received a phone call several days later about the position from the company's main offices in Cleveland. They scheduled a phone interview with me, called 15 minutes late. Asked basic standard interview questions, mostly about accomplishments. Went to the second round in the Buffalo office, had a group interview on a circular table with two managers and an intern. Again, had the standard but different interview questions, such as whats your greatest disappointment. Overall, got a pretty good vibe from the company.

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 2 months)
The interview process took a while, as most big companies do. My name was referred to the hiring manager. 2 weeks later I received a call for a phone interview. That went well. They were having group interviews coming up, and I think the next date was 3 weeks away. The Group interview consisted of meeting with the Area Leaders. After that, they introduced me to the branch manager, and I had a 1:1 interview with her. I received an offer 2 weeks later.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 3 weeks)
I was "recruited" by a manager but applied online. They made me go through 2 phone interviews with HR. Then a Panel interview with all of the area leaders. They ask a question and go around the table for everyones response.

If you're worth it.. negotiate. I was in a rush to switch jobs. I'm sure I could've gotten more. This job has a high turnover rate. So they are constantly needing people.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Cleveland, OH (took 2 days)
I was initally contacted by a HR recruiter and was asked basic questions. I was contacted two weeks later for an in-person interview which consisted of meeting with various department heads from Internal Audit, Operations Management, Tax Accounting, and Finance Division. Lunch and Dinner was included in the interview process since it was a two day event.

Interviewed May 2010 (took 3 weeks)
After several interview calls with their internal Recruiter, a 1:1 interview was scheduled. I was asked to arrange to fly in to attend (with my travel costs to be reimbursed). The interview lasted approximately seventy minutes, with general questions on my experience as well as how a competing firm (bank) conducted business.
I followed up post interview for feedback...but never heard further from any of the parties involved as to the position, or for that matter, the reimbursement of my travel costs. I must say it was a very unusual and not a positive experience. I understand some hiring dynamics in the current recession, but such a lack of integrity and professionalism is a concern.
Hopefully they treat employees and their Customers, differently.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Brooklyn, OH (took 2+ weeks)
I had a very detailed phone interview where the recruiter asked a lot of questions that had no bearing on the job to be done, and kept saying things like "huh", and "interesting" when I answered. Afterward, they indicated that they did not know if they would be moving forward with me. I then received a call back several weeks later and had an in person interview. It lasted about an hour and the manager seemed disinterested. I am not sure if they are really looking to fill the position or not.
