Interviewed May 2012 (took 5 days)
I came upon the position when I was contacted by a third party recruiter via Linkedin. The recruiter completed two prescreen interviews himself before sending me a basic physics assessment as well as a personality test. After my scores were accepted, they set up an online video interview.
The online 1:1 interview consisted of an hr assistant going through my resume, followed by vague, open-ended questions.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 5 days)
Applied through the website and was contacted to take a skills test. The test was pretty straight forward with simple physics and engineering type questions. Later I was contacted for a phone interview. It consisted of basic questions regarding my experience and I learned a lot more about the position.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2 days)
I was stopped by a recruiter at a career fair. After talking to him for a few minutes he gave me a link to a skill test to take online. After I completed the skill test I received an email saying that they would like to schedule me for a 1 on 1 interview. The interview was pretty straight forward and included a role play to sell a cell phone to a school teacher. After the interview I received another email saying that they wanted me to fly to Chicago for a final round interview. They paid all expenses. The interview consisted of a product demonstration and a role play selling a pen.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
I received an online test for basic physics/engineering problems. Most of them were easy some where not so obvious. I must have passed the test because I received an interview a week later.
The Recruiters came on campus. They asked me a lot of behavioral questions

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took a day)
I applied online. Two days later I received an email with an attached link to an assessment test (which was geared toward high school level physics). The test was a basic logic, simple physics test..I passed. I received another email from a company recruiter asking dates and times for availability for a phone interview. The best time he had was two weeks away. Phone interview was very basic, short and dry. I was asked to sell myself, then I was asked a couple of non biased questions based on personality. They told me that the local office will review my interview and resume and depending on results contact me within 7 -10 days. The recruiter also gave me the human resource number "in case I did not hear anything"
Overall: Looks like a great company. Interview was dry and short.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I applied to the job through the school I was attending. Told through email that I passed a phone interview (which I never had) and provided with a link to take some assessment tests, which a 10-year-old could have passed. About 2 weeks after the assessment tests were finished, I was contacted once again for a 1:1. I live quite a distance from the interview location, so we scheduled an interview through Adobe Connect.
