Interviewed Aug 2011 (took a day)
The interview process at KForce was great! I sent my resume in the morning and had a call back in the afternoon. The work ethic is fast paced and very responsive. I met with the Managing Director in regards to an Account Executive position within the same company. At the interview I was asked about my sales experiance, the ability to handle difficult situations and how am I self motivated to attain new business. The Managing Director was great and made my interview process very relaxed. After the interview process was completed I was asked to fill out a personality test online. I am now waiting to here back for the next leg of the phase.

Interviewed Jun 2008 (took 1 week)
Round 1: Brief phone interview with Recruiter: Reason for seeking an opportunity with Kforce, how comfortable I was with outbound calls Scheduled for an interview to take online behavioral test(nothing stressful), complete application and, and meet with Market Manager
Round 2: The interview consisted of a few behavioral based questions and the usual:
-Why you?
-What you know about Kforce? Do your homework
-How would you source and compile list of Key Decision Makers within an organization? Do your homework
-How would you work around a gatekeeper?
-How would you convince a Key Decision Maker to meet with you? Do your homework
-Previous sales experience and accomplishments?
-They were very upfront about what the position consisted of, meeting KPI goals ( heavy outbound calls(50-60 daily), scheduling client visits(15-20 a week), placements, etc...)
-You will be paired with an Account Manager, so they bring he/she in to ask a few questions (get a feel for you)
Round 3: If you make it to the second round, you will either be meeting with the Regional Director or Corporate Trainer. Same interview format. After the interview, if they like you, they will take you on a tour of the office to introduce you to the team. If you make it this far, more than likely you have the job.
