Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 2 days)
I wasted two hours interviewing for the Account Manager with the Market Vice President, VP of Field Training and both Market Managers of Finance and Technology. It was a waste of time. Indicated that it was a high stress position requiring 100 Calls/Day, setting and attending 15 meeting/wk, securing 5 requisitions, and filling a minimum of 2 reqs per week. For all the stress and madness and a 60hr work week you are compensated $45K and 20%of GP (Gross Profit = Bill Rate - Pay rate -Burden) with a first year expectation of $48K (Per Market VP).
As for my impression of the people, I was not impressed. You can tell that the Internal Recruiter is fresh out of college and does not have much experience. The VPs had significant experience but were too arrogant and the Market Managers seemed clueless.
Declined Initial and counter offer. I work for a boutique firm, but for those considering the staffing industry, go with Robert Half or Kelly. Better salary and commission structure for the hell you are about to endure ($50K Starting Salary).

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 1 week)
I was contacted by a Recruiter based on my resume posted online. I completed a phone interview with them and then scheduled an in person interview. I also took an assessment test online prior to the interview. When I arrived at the interview, I was informed the Manager had to run out for an appointment, but he would be back shortly. In the meantime, I had an interview with two other Recruiters, both of whom did not appear to have much interviewing experience. This took approximatelyy 45 minutes and still no sign of the Manager. After the completion of the interview with the second recruiter, the Administrative person came in and told me the Manager would not be available, but they would call to reschedule.
That's it, and to this day no one has ever contacted me to reschedule (now going on 6 weeks) AND no one has ever communicated anything, not by phone, e-mail, snail mail, nothing. So, that being said, I would not recommend interviewing with this firm, very unprofessional in my opinion. If they didn't want to reschedule that is fine, how about just communicating, thank you for coming in, but at this time we are not interested!
