Initial phone interview w Agency rep. 2 wks later Skpye / Phone interview w KIA Europe. HR & Functional Superior present. 1,5 hrs, Well structured, discussions on business & market knowledge, what-if scenarios etc. Overall good spirit. Unfortunately feedback very slow & indirect through Agency. Still no official result 3 months after.

Group interview with 2 peers and 2 senior managers at KMMG. Took half a day with behavior questions and industry knowledge. The Korean manager was very persistent on topic and knowledge of Kia products.
