first the HR girl calls you and goes through your resume to see if your "fit" for the corporation and than you have an interview with another higher up within the corporation to see again if your "the right candidate"
finally theres an interview with a senior engineer where the real questions come along

was given the offer and told that i have 3 days to accept so i guess there was no rooms for negotiations (im not greedy so i accepted)

After handing in my resume at my university's engineering career fair I got a call next day for an interview. One HR and one alumni interviewed me. All of the questions were fairly straight forward. Couple weeks later had a second video interview. That was more difficult, some of the questions were vague.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Vancouver, BC (Canada) (took a day)
Had a info session on campus where they collected resumes. Interviews took place the next day and was asked basic questions on work ethic. There was an senior engineer and a hr person conducting the interview. The whole interview took around 30 minutes and was told they will reply if selected for a second interview.

Interview was very laid back with two field engineers. Asked me questions about why chose my major and how I felt about working in the field. What my strengths were. Leadership and development were a big part of the interview

Interviewed Dec 2010 in Fairfield, CA (took 2 days)
An HR person called and schedule a phone interview. Phone interview was mostly basic information about past experiences. Next a 1:1 interview was scheduled. Interviewed with 2 separate people in there Fairfield office and both interviewers focused on the constant travel and relocation. The first person asked if I was married and had children. As soon as I responded yes to both of the questions it went downhill from there. I felt they wanted someone who was not married or had kids so the constant relocation would be easier. In short, I felt discriminated.

Met them at a career fair and got asked for an interview about 2-3 weeks later. It was a pretty laid back interview, where as another review has said, the interviewer had a sheet of questions and wrote down your answers. Pretty much a behavioral type interview. There really wasn't anything difficult with the interviewing.

I lived over seas. But they called me a month after submiting my resume and cover letter. I had two interviews. One interview with a mid level engineer and the second with a senior project manager. It was easy, and got an offer the next day!
