Meet them at the university submitted my resume and was called back that same evening for an interview. They had a defined time period of 30mins to interview each candidate. Normal Behavioral Descriptive Interview questions.

Where do you see yourself in 3 years, then in 5 years? What is your leadership style? conflict and how you resolved it...

I left pretty confident by=ut they called me up the next day to tell me i didn't qualify for 2nd interview.

I was interview by two company representative on my both my 1st and 2nd intereview. do not say anything about aspiring to get you master or doctorate degree. kiewit trains their employees and frowns on business managers furthering their education outside of the company.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in San Diego, CA (took 2 weeks)

I lived over seas. But they called me a month after submiting my resume and cover letter. I had two interviews. One interview with a mid level engineer and the second with a senior project manager. It was easy, and got an offer the next day!

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 months)

Interview went well. Had to travel to a district location for the process and was reimbursed very fairly for miles. Only spoke with two people in the entire office. We discussed resume strengths and weaknesses, past job experiences and job possiblilities. Seemed like the entire office had no time to talk except the interviewers.

Met the company at career fair and got a first interview. Did not receive an exact response about hiring process after interview, just that they will contact me. Receive mail that will contact me once they will have opportunities for someone with my profile. Called for a second interview after 3 months and then after about 2 weeks received an offer.
