Interviewed Nov 2011 in Roswell, GA (took a day)
The interview process covers basic behavioral questions, ie. How did you react in X situation? How do you deal with conflict? One interview was a bit more technical, ie. Explain rate of return to a non finance person. Overall, a relaxed environment and a great insight into company culture.
I was flown into Roswell the day before and stayed in a hotel down the street. At about 9, I began a string of interviews with members of my potential department. Each lasted about 45 min. At lunch, I spoke with employees in the position I applied for. After lunch I had one final interview and I was finished by about 3pm. They drove me to the airport and I departed for another interview in another state.
They were very flexible with travel arrangements. I did not have to return to my city of origin (Houston), they flew me to Miami where I had another interview. Furthermore, once I accepted the offer, they reimbursed me for travel expenses even though I hadn't requested it.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Roswell, GA (took 3 weeks)
The interviewing process was pretty standard, however the HR's handling was atrocious. I was told that they had a hotel set up for me and that I would be receiving reimbursement for travel. When I arrived at the hotel they booked me at, I had to pay. Also, no sign of any paper work on reimbursement despite several emails from me. Awful courtship for a candidate.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Atlanta, GA (took 3 weeks)
The first interview was a screening with a HR representative. This interview was your typical screening to make sure you cover the basic qualifications. Why are you leaving your current job? Current Salary? Technical knowledge and years of expertise? This interview was straightforward.
Second interview was another phone interview with the hiring manager. Not a typical situational interview. It was more of going through my resume and asking details around specific experiences. Also went through job description in detail as well.
Advice to potential canidate be very specfic with current examples as they relate to job description.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Roswell, GA (took 7 weeks)
I was contacted by a recruiter about a scientist position with the company. This interview consisted of basic screening questions. I was asked about my education, my research, etc. About three weeks later the recruiter contacted me and arranged a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked detailed questions about my dissertation, the research I currently conduct, experience working collaborators, etc. Two weeks later I had an onsite interview that consisted of breakfast with a team member, one on one interviews with various employees and a powerpoint presentation. I was asked an abundance of behavioral questions. It's a bit of a grueling process but the people were nice and the campus was beautiful. Seemed like it would have been an awesome place to work but I guess I wasn't quite what they were looking for.

Interviewed Feb 2007 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 days)
Initial interview started on campus. Then I was invited to the headquarters in Atlanta where I was shown the entire office and met with 5 different people including a lunch interview. The offices and people were very impressive and it seems like people enjoy working for Kimberly Clark. Overall, had a very good impression of the culture and the job itself

Reason for Declining
The opportunity was not exactly what I was looking for and the salary offer was quite low.
