Interview Details – It was weeks before hearing from the company after submitting my application but once the process was started it moved quickly and K-C staff were very professional.

The process took a day - interviewed at Kimberly-Clark in June 2012.
Interview Details – Very nice company, worked with a great company recruiter, and had great interactions with everyone I met on-site. Was contacted initially by a recruiter for the company after having submitted an application on the KC website. This was followed by a conversational phone interview to find out more about the position and then an on-site interview was set up for the following week. The interview consisted entirely of behavioral questions during several one-on-one interviews with different potential coworkers. The environment was very friendly and welcoming and proved to be not stressful at all.

Interview Details – Just had initial phone interview. representative more interested in nailing down salary than my qualifications
I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 7 months - interviewed at Kimberly-Clark in April 2010.
Interview Details – pre screening took 3 months, the staffing company was on site and the level of professionalism was lack luster, the staffing recruiter was very nice but had no real knowlede of what the job entailed in reguard to specific process and requirements. the testing was a grueling process and was kin to an exam.
