Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 2 days)
Applied for Kimberly Clark through Indeed.com which referred me to a service that KC utilizes so they dont have to screen potential workers. Filled out service app, then was contacted by phone for interview over phone, and to set-up 1 on 1 interview. Went to interview on date arranged, was interviewed by 2 different people 1 who I spoke with (phone interview) and the other who questioned me as if I were trying to become president of the plant. I was totally taken back by the interviewing procedure.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Roswell, GA (took a day)
The interview process covers basic behavioral questions, ie. How did you react in X situation? How do you deal with conflict? One interview was a bit more technical, ie. Explain rate of return to a non finance person. Overall, a relaxed environment and a great insight into company culture.
I was flown into Roswell the day before and stayed in a hotel down the street. At about 9, I began a string of interviews with members of my potential department. Each lasted about 45 min. At lunch, I spoke with employees in the position I applied for. After lunch I had one final interview and I was finished by about 3pm. They drove me to the airport and I departed for another interview in another state.
They were very flexible with travel arrangements. I did not have to return to my city of origin (Houston), they flew me to Miami where I had another interview. Furthermore, once I accepted the offer, they reimbursed me for travel expenses even though I hadn't requested it.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Roswell, GA (took 3 weeks)
The interviewing process was pretty standard, however the HR's handling was atrocious. I was told that they had a hotel set up for me and that I would be receiving reimbursement for travel. When I arrived at the hotel they booked me at, I had to pay. Also, no sign of any paper work on reimbursement despite several emails from me. Awful courtship for a candidate.

Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
Typically a series of three 1:1 interviews. 6 - 8 behavioral based questions per interview and sometimes a simulation exercise. Be prepared to have several experiences or achievements to relate to the questions. Project management experience seems to be highly valued as are technical skills. Occasionally you'll get "weakness" questions like "describe a time when you missed a deadline," so be prepared to show how you overcame those types of situations. Most interviewers are friendly, but definitely professional.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I applied online and was contacted about a month later by the recruitment services department. We did a short phone interview where I was given a full description of the job and explained my past experience. I was then called in for a face to face 1/2 day interview, several weeks later. I did a phone interview with one team member and 5 other face to face interviews with the hiring manager and other team members. Everyone was very cordial and each interview ranged from 30 min to 1 hr. Questions are mostly behavioral and so the STAR method is most effective and answering them. I was then contacted about 2 weeks later and provided an offer.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 2 days)
The process for me began at my university's career center and my first interview occured on campus. The intial interview was behavioral with personality questions and was just the interviewer getting a feel for my motivation and drive as an individual. The second interview was on the K-C campus and was approximately 5 hours long comprised of one-on-ones with a few analysts, business analysts and a director of finance. This interview was much more intense with technical questions on NPV analysis and Return on Investment questions as well as a simulation of a mill problem. The individuals who interviewed me were friendly and easy to talk to on both a personal and professional level during every interview.
