Interviewed Oct 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 1+ week)
Two brand managers from Kimberly Clark came to campus. They held a "get-to-know-you" event the night before interviews, and all MBA marketing students were invited. The event consisted of dinner followed by bowling. This event was basically a screening event for them to decide who to interview the following day.
That night, they called the candidates they had selected to interview and scheduled interview times for the following day. I participated in 2 back to back interviews which were about 45 minutes a piece. The first interview was behavior based, and the 2nd interview was case based. About 7 days after the interview, they gave me an offer.

Interviewed Feb 2007 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 days)
Initial interview started on campus. Then I was invited to the headquarters in Atlanta where I was shown the entire office and met with 5 different people including a lunch interview. The offices and people were very impressive and it seems like people enjoy working for Kimberly Clark. Overall, had a very good impression of the culture and the job itself

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Irving, TX (took 1 week)
A recruiter called me to set up a phone interview with the KC. A manager and a member of the audit staff called me. The initial call lasted about 1.5 hours. I was then flown to Appleton, WI later in the week to meet the other managers. I talked to 2 other managers, the team based in Appleton, and the VP of Audit. They asked about my background and explained to me the structure of their audits and focused a lot on my travel background and willingness to travel. They go to a lot of smaller remote cities outside of major metroplexes.

Interviewed Apr 2008 in Neenah, WI (took 2 weeks)
Behavioral questions and meeting with different people throughout the day. Interviewers had various levels of experience in the company and answered questions well. Business casual environment, but interviewees should dress up. Campus in Neenah is very nice with health center on site. People were very nice
