Interview

The first interview was a screening with a HR representative. This interview was your typical screening to make sure you cover the basic qualifications. Why are you leaving your current job? Current Salary? Technical knowledge and years of expertise? This interview was straightforward. Second interview was another phone interview with the hiring manager. Not a typical situational interview. It was more of going through my resume and asking details around specific experiences. Also went through job description in detail as well. Advice to potential canidate be very specfic with current examples as they relate to job description.
