Very Difficult Interview
I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Kimley-Horn and Associates in March 2009.
Interview Details – The most grueling interview process thatI have ever encountered. Recruiter interview. Vetted by recruiter, Telephone interview, person interview met many individuals. They tokme to lunch. Then another telephone interview, filled out application, then drug test. Then still another interview. They did there own back ground check. Then checked references with some other people that were not even supervisors with past employers. Theydid their own checks even though recruiterhad pre-vetted me. It was the most ridiculous process that I have ever been through. What a beauricratical waste of money.
