Interview

Branch manager is a dictator. Narrow minded. Unable to work with your schedule. She would rather use contact companies than to use PRN staff. She wants PRN to attend weekly conferences in the morning and doesn't care if they have a full time job. She wants you to travel there and spend time to give you less than $20 as a therapist

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Kindred Healthcare in April 2009.

    Interview

They contacted me by phone. Asked a few questions and invited me to come to facility. All the questions asked were pretty standard, then had one of the middle managers ask specific questions related to my occupation. I had made sure that I was prepared to answer any questions related to what I would do in certain situations. I would say that you really want to pay attention to other people that are there because they did try to warn me about the place.

    Interview Questions

    • What is your style of working?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

There was no negotiating for me. They told me what the salary was. I would recommend that you ask more questions about their expectations especially productivity
