Interview went well actually.
The company confused me by leaving another state to (start up) at another location from its original site.
I did my home work about the company's employer to employee relationship.
that didnt sit to well with me.
The pay was average with the area .
So what was so differencet from other companies?
If you relocate to another state you should bring a better package than your previous location. Make a differnce.
