My interview was very good from start to finish. My interviewer was very nice and courtious. She asked me a series of questions and i answered with the apprpriate answers. I explained why i thought I would be good for the availible position, when I was talking I really felt like she listened.

called a week after I filled out the application online. Interviewed the next day. Day after that went for a drug test. A few days later they called me for orientation and now I am a member of Kmart.

Applied through internet and got called for an interview within a week. I first had an interview with the HR manager, witch in 10 minutes offer me to interview with the electronics department manager. After interviewing with the department manager, I was extended an offer conditional to a drug test.
