Interviewed Sep 2010 in Lake Charles, LA (took a day)
Had a friend tell me about the position and gave me the owners email. I emailed him and attached my resume and the same day got an email back to set up an interview. The next day I met the Owner and Art Directer for a lunch interview and was offered the job.

Negotiation Details
I was able to negotiate better pay than they were used to paying for that position. I was able to get $4 more an hour otherwise I would not have left the current job I had at the time.

The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.
