Interviewed Nov 2008 in Huntsville, AL (took 4 days)
1 on 1 interview than about an hour and a half of assessment tests. You are then sent for a drug screen and a background check is conducted. Afterwords you are told what you will be paid if you take the job. You are not introduced to anyone or walked around the facilities at all except where you go to test.
