all you have to do is go to knotts berry farm outside of the park and fill out an application in person. .after that you sit and wait until they call your name and you go in for your first interview. they ask basic questions (any tattoos, every been convicted of a felony, etc..) and after if they like you in a few minutes they call you back in for a second interview and youre basically hired.

Once you go into the Employment center you fill out an application and drop it off in the office. They told me to wait outside to be called for the first interview. Your being interviewed by one person but there's multiple interviews going on in the same room. The questions were basic such as "Why do you want to work here?" and "Do you have any tattoos or piercings other than your ears?" (the company like Disney wants its employees looking clean cut and simple). Another question I remember being asked was "What do you think is good customer service?" After this I was told to wait outside again and wait for the second interview. My wait was very short; about 15 mins. I was called into a different room which had a bunch of cubicles and in each one a single interviewer was with a single applicant. Questions here included "Why do you want this specific position?", "Describe your experience working at (insert last employment).", "describe a time where you got good customer service and bad customer service." Those are all I can remember. After that they say you'll get a call if you get the job. About a week later I got a letter from them saying I didn't get hired.
