Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 days)
I actually went through a case competition first and networked with one of the execs. Getting the interview was pretty easy. The interview was pretty good. It covered a couple basic interview questions. It went over my background information, future interests, strengths weaknesses etc.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 5 days)
Had a phone interview with a regional recriuter first. Then I was referred to the nearest store for the 1 on 1 interview. Both interviews were based off an interview template that ws given to them by Kohls. They had to ask me these questions but they were allowed to vary from these. And they did. Both interviews were compfortable and pleasant/

Interviewed Apr 2008 (took 4 weeks)
The interview process consisted of an initial interview that was fairly brief and vague. From there I went to a more personal and in depth interview with a district manager. After that came a panel interview with several district managers and store managers. This interview was much more in depth and had many situational questions. Finally, I received an offer letter listing more of the position benefits and salary.
