Interviewed Oct 2011 in Wheaton, IL (took a day)
I applied for Kohl's through Snagajob.com and received a call back two days later. I was asked to come in for a group interview. The interview consisted of approximately seven other applicants and two managers. We were taken to a small room located in the upstairs portion of the store. We all sat in a circle and was asked the same six questions one by one by one. The answers were often similar, but I guess that was to be expected. The whole process took a little over an hour. They called me back a few weeks later and offer me a POS position.
