Applied online the next day manager called me to set up interview. It was one on one interview with one of the supervisors, she asked me around 10 questions she scored the answers; than she said she'll be right back couple minutes later Store Manager came in asked me around 5 questions and offered me the position on the spot.

I went into the store to fill out an application with a friend who also worked for the store. I was looking to fill any position and because I had open availability they called me right away to ask me to a group interview. There were about 10 people in the group interview and it lasted about an hour with questions ranging from what you did in you last job, when a customer told you about a job well done, etc. By the end of the week I was offered a job.
