Kohl's Store Executive Intern Interview Questions & Reviews

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 3 days)

First, I submitted my information online since Kohl's doesn't recruit from my University. Then I was called by a HR rep where I did a phone interview. Later, I was invited to interview at the store. I was interviewed by two Store Managers. After the store interview, I was contacted to have a final interview at the store again. This time I was interviewed by two District Managers at the same time. The questions were mostly behavior based questions just to understand how you work in a team and as a leader. Overall nice people and the HR rep even remembered my name.
