Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Salt Lake City, UT (took 3 days)
1) Very brief phone-screen interview for site interview
2) On-site interview with Account Manager (over 10+ Account Executives). A digging into resume, skill set, situational questions ("how would you react.."), B2B, B2C sales background. Personality and skill assessment, as these roles the will train the right people.
3) From the on-site interview, went on a site-tour with Account Excutive to actually see day-to-day operations and sales in action. Toured with top-5 account excutive in the country prospecting (cold calling), following up with older clients. Watched him book $40,000 in commission in that afternoon. Not a typicaly process (and was stated by the Account Excutive "This is NOT typical! But it IS possible if you know your stuff!"
4) A few days later, setup phone-screen interview 1/2 hour with VP (or Division Manager?) over Western Territory. "Why do you want this position" "what value would you bring" etc.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Lower pay then secondary offer from company concurrently interviewing with. Not inclined for B2B sales. Market is very poor for B2B sales of companies which are not experiencing growth.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Indianapolis, IN (took 2 weeks)
Posted resume to job listing on web site. Received phone call from manager for initial screenings and scheduled 1:1 interview. Appeared for interview, met with 2 managers. Received notice of need for drug screen and background check. Received offer for starting date. No money or benefits were discussed and they don't like to talk about it even after the hiring;because it is so poor.

Interviewed Sep 2008 in Ann Arbor, MI (took 3 days)
I located a possible prospect through a career website. Since I was currently employed I stopped by the prospect location during a slow period in the work day with nothing in hand. At first, entering the front reception area, I found it to be briefly unoccupied but was then greeted by an employee walking up from a left side corridor. He was an energetic man with obvious recognizable features from a company website picture. He was pleasant and humorous (possibly a little too much). He asked some questions about me to get a basic background upon which he offered me a brief tour of the facility. I agreed and was very impressed. After the tour we sat in his office and discussed my qualifications more precisely as they pertained to the positon I was interested in. He requested I return with an application and resume outlining certain qualifications we had discussed. Later that day i returned with a completed application and resume. I was once again interviewed right their on the spot, but this time there were three principals present in a conference room, who shot various questions at me. I was left with positive responses from the two new interviewers which gave me a positive feeling, A week later I followed up my resume with an e-mail to the original interviewer, no response. For the next two weeks I sent two e-mails for follow up to the selection process, a total of three e-mails. I received no response. I decided to call the interviewer. He suggested that I continue to send emails to remind him of the decision. I sent one more weekly request e-mail and stopped corresponding after nothing was heard.
