First they called me and we did a phone interview, then I applied on-line. Then I did another phone interview and I arranged to fly to Boston. Then they gave me a 1 on 1 interview, IQ test & a personality test. Then I took the drug test and I received the job offer.

I studied the company to know what they were about and what I thought they were looking for so I was prepared when they contacted me. I first had an hour phone interview where I answered a miriad of professional and personal questions. Then I was allowed to ask questions. I then met the branch manager once more for a 1 on 1 interview for 1.5 hours. More questions and then I had to pass a back ground check and complete a lengthy online test. Finally a 3rd interview where they offered me the position.
