Interview Details – I've heard different accounts of the interview process. Some taking many, many interview steps with multiple personnel others very few. I do know that once they know you are the right candidate they move very fast to get you on board. Questions will vary widely but will be focused on your indicated skill sets to determine if you really know your stuff. Expect to do a demo of something you are comfortable with or a skills test.

Interview Question – No off the wall questions. They are focused to your cited strengths to determine if you are legit.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Flew out to meet direct manager, was able to negotiate terms for a win/win.

The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Kony in January 2012.

Interview Details – The entire process was over a period of several weeks. Two initial screening calls with a recruiting company, then a phone screen with hiring manager, then an onsite interview with VP of Sales and several other Inside Reps. There were no questions that were out of the ordinary for a sales interview. Their hiring preference seemed to focus on prior inside sales success. This is a typical high-growth tech company, inside software sales position. Lots of hours, but excellent pay and bonus potential.

Interview Details – I had an interview with kony through campus hiring.It was not that much difficult.First i had an online test and after getting cleared in it directly went to technical and HR interview.

Interview Details – the interview was very easy .He started with my projects .he asked questions from computer architecture especially cache memories.virtual memory,processors.In C ,he asked different types of sorting gorithm in C++,about polymorphism ... only basic stuff

I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at Kony in November 2013.

Interview Details – Hiring Process was straightforward. Pre Placement Talk, Online test on mettl.com, 20 aptitude questions(20 min) and 40 technical questions(40 min), 1 Coding question(30 mini). Simple questions if you have learnt Java, JQuery, etc. One or two C questions had mistakes. Coding question logical, based on a scenario.

Interview:
1 technical round- Questions on Projects, one C program, few questions on c++, some e casual questions, friendly interviewer

1 psychometric test of 60 questions, 15 min

1 HR round (Semi technical)- Was conducted by the Vice President of the company, question about academics, curricular and extra curricular activities, internship details, why I took ECE and not CS, etc

coding question: write a program to calculate the no of times the hour and minute coincides

I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at Kony in February 2013.

Interview Details – It was a campus interview at BITS Pilani.

Pre Placement talk was unusually long and was focussed on the company's do-hows and very less on the nature of work that we could be possibly doing.

First stage:
 Had an MCQ test. It Included around 25 Aptitude Q's and around 25 Q's for programming related.

Second Stage:
 Those who cleared the Apti round were called for a two round interview. First round was a technical interview, which was concentrated on questions relating to projects done at college and internships and then few basic logical sequence questions of numbers and one question on coding which I had to write on paper.

 Second round was a HR round and it was a fun round.

The total interview was wrapped within 20 min and results were out in 2 hours.
