Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Hyderābād (India) Mar 2012 – Reviewed May 8, 2012
Interview Details – There was a technical round in Core Java, followed by a interview with Architect. Both interviews on consecutive days. After 1 day, they offered the JOB.
Interview Question – Threads, String Pool Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They wont consider the current pay, you can negotiate according to market standard or above if you think you are really talented
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 days.
