The written test was a normal and common test. Not too tough. They selected anyone who had at least positively attempted the coding section. The interviews held after that jogged back a lot of old knowledge that I had in my head. The last one, made me learn a lot, I was gradually learning as I attended the interview.

Since the company is on expansion plan, it won't drag the interviews for long time, generally it is closed in a week or two.
Typically all the positions are closed only after a face to face round of interview, salary is not constraint for a right candidates.
But the company lacks any standard hierarchy or defined roles for any mid level management positions to senior management positions. If the role is in platform team then it is good and technically challenging, but if the role is in delivery or vertical apps team it is going to be mundane and not for tech savvy guys
There is nothing special for functional roles, still it is not defined.

Negotiation Details
At lower level i.e. below a lead position you can negotiate and even 50% if you are underpaid, else you can negotiate for 30%.
Senior positions you can ask for plum positions with decent hike.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Hyderabad (India) (took 5 days)
Kony labs interview was a good experience. They are professional and have pretty quick turn around time for the offer. Interviews were mostly technical, first was a basic technical round asking questions on core java, multithreading etc. I had about 3 technical rounds, and one assignment. They were quick in terms of coming back on offer
